Survey

The Survey Module can be used to create and execute facility surveys. Clients can choose from a variety of field options for inclusion on the survey including, but not limited to: check boxes, free-form text, integer and user-configured lookup boxes. The client creates a survey template and configures it with section headings, numbered questions and expected answers (where applicable). Canned reports in the HES application present the information back to the client with a question-by-question breakdown of the answers in a percentage pie-graph representation.
