Complaint/Service Requests

The HES application has an integrated Complaint/Service Request (CSR) Module that can be used to capture, categorize and report on the complaints or service requests. Facilities do not have to exist in the HES application in order to be captured in the CSR module. Complaints & Service Requests can be assigned to Service Providers at intake time, or forwarded to an individual for assignment at a later time. The CSR module includes an activity diary that can be used to track the various associated activities.
